DRIVER’S LICENCE

At Bergen BIL og MC skole, we are more than happy to help to aqcuire your licence with class B, passenger car, all classes of motorcycle, mandatory courses like first aid, how to approach a traffic accident or driving at night. We provide both cars with automatic gear and manual gear, so that your needs will be taken care of.

Our teachers are more than capable of giving you your training in English, as well as helping you in your way achieving your goal of the Norweigan driving licence.

Many of our students comes from different areas of the world.
Not every country gives you the opportunity to exchange the driver’s licence into Norwegian, and that’s why you might need to complete more mandatory training than what you expected.

This page will show you more details regarding exchanging driving licences issued in EU/EEA countries or in non-EU/EAA countries.

In general, you will need to apply for an exchange or complete new licence, depending of which country you first got your licence.

No matter what you need, we are able to both guide you and help you aquire the licence.

As an approve traffic school in Norway, we have teachers who specialize in giving the training in English and other languages. Unfortunately there is a lack of teahcers in Bergen giving training in arabic, but we provide training in English, Spanish, Norwegian and Persian.

If needed, we also have expertice in giving training for those who have difficulties with different languages.

Total cost?
The total cost is not possible to define until we have completed your first lesson, since it’s very individual what every student needs of training. When you’ve had two or three appointments with us, it will be easier for us to estimate how many lessons you will need, depending on your driving skills.
In short terms, the minimum cost will be at least kr 24065,- (as of Nov 7th, 2023 - prices might change).
